Safe Fruits

Cockatiels are generally not big fruit eaters. Always wash and dry fruit before serving. All fruits will spoil, some quicker than others. Fruits high in sugars will grow mould and fungus within 30 minutes in hot humid conditions. Dried fruits can be an alternative to fresh fruit in these conditions. Observe the recommended spoilage time for your conditions and remove before spoilage occurs.
